What we need:
Saif Communications and Metro by T-Mobile is growing rapidly, that’s why we need a hands-on lead from the front Retail Store Manager to train, mentor and develop their teams.
Here’s what we need from YOU…
You’re a Retail Store Manager who is our go-to point-person at the store level. You’ll manage a high-volume Metro by T-Mobile Location and inspire a team of awesome Retail Sales Representatives. When you are not coaching your team on how to be great like you, You’ll be providing your customers with a flawless customer experience, crushing your stores performance goals, and making sure that your stores are operating like a well oiled machine.

· Building your own sales teams
· Being an operational wizard, running your locations efficiently while maximizing profitability
· Coaching and creating rock star teams with a collaborative spirit and passion for sales
· Rolling up your sleeves and selling side by side with team every day
· Inspiring the team with your presence and work ethic
· Keeping up to date on product knowledge to help your team deliver the right solutions to our customers
You’ve got what it takes…
· High School Diploma or GED
· Legally authorized to work in the United States
· 1+ years of retail management experience
· A proven ability to drive sales and service while maintaining operational excellence
· Expertise in recruitment, coaching and company employment standards
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
· Highly dependable with reliable transportation
