This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly accomplished Expert All-Source Analyst to provide executive-level, multi-discipline Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) analysis and strategic advisory support across Air Combat Command (ACC) and Joint operations.
The All-Source Analyst integrates information from multiple intelligence disciplines to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence in support of national security objectives. This role requires strong analytic tradecraft, the ability to work in dynamic and classified environments, and experience supporting ACC, Air Force and Combatant Command stakeholders.
This position directly supports mission-critical intelligence operations that inform national-level decision-making and enhance the United States’ ability to anticipate and counter emerging threats. Essential Responsibilities: (describe the day-to-day)
- Perform executive-level single and multi-discipline intelligence analysis integrating data across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, CYBER, and OSINT domains.
- Apply advanced theories, methodologies, and technologies to support ISR planning, deployment, and operational execution.
- Deliver fused intelligence products addressing multi-echelon command requirements
- Provide strategic-level advice, technical guidance, and recommendations to senior defense leaders and policymakers (e.g., General Officer and SES-level).
- Validate and enforce ISR Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), system operations, and production standards across the enterprise.
- Monitor compliance with intelligence requirements, customer RFIs, and analytic standards (including ICD 203, ICD 206, ICD 208, and ICD 209 tradecraft standards)
- Implement and oversee quality control processes for ISR collection management, analysis, and production workflows.
- Guide and direct multi-discipline ISR collection management activities aligned with mission objectives
- Collaborate with Air Force, Joint, DoD, IC, and industry partners to advance ISR capabilities.
- Maintain awareness of emerging threats, adversary capabilities, and geopolitical developments
- Safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Candidates must meet all basic-level DOD 8140 Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) requirements code 111.
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-INT fusion and ISR operations, strategic intelligence analysis and production, and Air Force and Joint analytic tradecraft standards.
- Thorough understanding of Air Force and joint analytic processes and tradecraft
- Knowledge of ISR architectures, collection management systems, and PED processes
- Ability to independently research, evaluate, and synthesize complex information
- Proficiency in briefing, writing, and presenting intelligence products to varied audiences
- Experience working within classified networks and intelligence systems
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in intelligence analysis
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community policies and conduct standards
- Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
- Availability for CONUS and OCONUS support as mission requirements dictate
- Contractor responsible for maintaining required qualifications and certifications unless Government-directed
- Ability to obtain and maintain required program, system, and facility access
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI eligibility. Some positions may require a CI-scope polygraph examination.
Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Engineering, International Affairs, or related field OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 additional years of relevant expert-level experience (total 20 years)
Minimum Years of Experience:15 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or related discipline with recent (within 2 years) relevant operational experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting DoD, Air Force, ACC, Air Operations Center (AOC), or AF DCGS Operations
- Familiarity with collection management, targeting, or operational planning cycles
- Experience leading intelligence modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting joint, interagency, or coalition missions
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level briefings

The base salary range for this position is $114k to $203k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
