Purpose and Impact:
This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly skilled SIGINT Analyst to support U.S. Government intelligence operations. The SIGINT Analyst provides specialized analysis of signals intelligence to support national security objectives, operational planning, and informed decision-making. This role requires strong analytic tradecraft, technical understanding of SIGINT principles, and experience operating in classified DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) environments.
The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence products in support of sensitive missions.
As a SIGINT Analyst, you will directly support intelligence operations that protect U.S. interests and enable decision advantage across national security missions. Your analysis will contribute to understanding adversary capabilities and intentions, supporting operational success, and safeguarding the nation against evolving threats.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct signals intelligence analysis in support of intelligence and operational missions
- Exploit, assess, and interpret SIGINT data to identify capabilities, intentions, and activities
- Integrate SIGINT with other intelligence disciplines to produce all-source or SIGINT-focused products
- Apply approved analytic methodologies and tradecraft standards to SIGINT reporting
- Produce written intelligence products, reports, and briefings for government stakeholders
- Support mission planning, targeting, and operational assessments as required
- Maintain situational awareness of adversary communications, technologies, and trends
- Collaborate with other analysts, collectors, and mission partners across disciplines
- Ensure compliance with all applicable DoD, IC, and program-specific policies
- Safeguard classified information and adhere to strict security and handling requirements
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Understanding of SIGINT principles, processes, and analytic tradecraft
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical or operational data
- Experience working with classified intelligence systems and environments
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to produce clear, concise written intelligence products
- Strong verbal communication skills for briefings and collaborative discussions
- Proficiency with standard office and analytic tools
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards
- Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
- Availability to support CONUS and OCONUS missions as required
- Responsible for maintaining qualifications and training unless Government-directed
Security Clearance Required:
- TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation
Minimum Education:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s + 15 years’ experience
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 10 years SIGINT or advanced intelligence analysis experience; At least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting DoD, Air Force, NSA, or Intelligence Community SIGINT missions
- Experience integrating SIGINT with other intelligence disciplines
- Familiarity with targeting, collection management, or operational planning processes
- Regional, functional, or technical subject matter expertise
- Experience briefing senior leaders or operational staff
