This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced All-Source Analyst to support U.S. Government intelligence missions in various locations. The All-Source Analyst integrates information from multiple intelligence disciplines to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence in support of national security objectives. This role requires strong analytic tradecraft, the ability to work in dynamic and classified environments, and experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders.
This position directly supports mission-critical intelligence operations that inform national-level decision-making and enhance the United States’ ability to anticipate and counter emerging threats. Essential Responsibilities:
- Integrate and analyze intelligence from multiple sources (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, ELINT)
- Produce high-quality intelligence products, assessments, and briefings for senior decision-makers
- Apply structured analytic techniques and critical thinking methodologies in accordance with IC standards
- Ensure analytical products comply with ICD 203, ICD 206, ICD 208, and ICD 209 tradecraft standards
- Conduct research, trend analysis, and pattern-of-life assessments related to assigned mission areas
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including collection managers, planners, and subject matter experts
- Support intelligence planning, mission preparation, and operational assessments
- Maintain awareness of emerging threats, adversary capabilities, and geopolitical developments
- Safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Demonstrated understanding of Intelligence Community analytic processes and tradecraft
- Ability to independently research, evaluate, and synthesize complex information
- Proficiency in briefing, writing, and presenting intelligence products to varied audiences
- Experience working within classified networks and intelligence systems
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficiency with standard office and analytic tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, IC analytic platforms)
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community policies and conduct standards
- Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
- Availability for CONUS and OCONUS support as mission requirements dictate
- Contractor responsible for maintaining required qualifications and certifications unless Government-directed
- Ability to obtain and maintain required program, system, and facility access
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI eligibility
Minimum Education: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree + 15 years’ experience
Minimum Years of Experience:10 years intelligence/analytic experience; At least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting DoD, Air Force, Combatant Commands, or IC organizations
- Familiarity with collection management, targeting, or operational planning cycles
- Regional or functional subject matter expertise
- Experience supporting joint, interagency, or coalition missions
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level briefings

The base salary range for this position is $90k to $130k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
