Job title: Trade Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, monthly, and ad hoc account reconciliations and maintain related records for separately managed accounts and private funds
- Investigate and resolve coupon, paydown, transaction and other reconciliation breaks that exist between the custodian bank and SimCorp in a timely fashion
- Prepare and respond to various month end reporting/accounting-related requests showing the reconciliation of the custodian bank records to SimCorp records
- Work directly with custodian banks to improve the flow of information
- Develop an expertise and understanding of the reconciliation tools available as part of SimCorp to leverage automation and exception-based reporting
- Communicate with the Senior Associates and Operations Manager to elevate issues, custodian related problems and workflow improvements
- Ensure accurate posting of accounting adjustments for routine payment activity into SimCorp
- Maintain and respond to ad hoc items sent to Core Operations
- Assist with training and onboarding of new associates
- Work on projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in the Trade Management or trade industry
- Proven experience in the Banking Industry
- Understanding of fixed income product domains
- SimCorp experience
- Understanding of trade back office life cycle, trade processing, clearing inventory management
- Proven experience with BAU functions, Reconciliation, and fixing exceptions
