You will develop and refine data-driven models of the production system to identify and champion projects to demonstrably and incrementally improve the SM-3 production rate and capacity

You will guide production improvements and the production SM-3 missile from a technical perspective across multiple integrated Product Teams and Cross Product Teams (IPTs & CPTs)

You will interpret missile requirements and objectives into actionable direction to the program and supplier teams to maintain a balance of margin and producibility

You will provide program leadership to the Cross Product Teams and Integrated Product Teams and many collaborative partners from Engineering, Operations, Mission Assurance, and Global Supply Chain
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.

Experience leading full systems engineering lifecycle such as: system design, requirements development, management, and verification, system integration and test, and/or production of complex system architectures
-
Experience working with Raytheon leaders and customer community stakeholders to influence and guide the development of production program projects
Qualifications We Prefer

Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline

Experience in Digital Engineering, Model Based Systems Engineering or other model-based tools to capture systems and processes
-
Proven abilities as a technical leader developing work plans and driving program/team execution

Experience leading teams across the development and transition to production lifecycle

Experience in production programs
-
Prior experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and MDA Assurance Provisions (MAP)
-
Demonstrated experience in shipboard missile system architectures and products

Communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
-
History developing others through teaching, mentorship, and apprenticeship
-
Raytheon Level 4 Certified Lead System Engineer or participant in the Lead System Engineer Development Program (LSEDP)

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
