As a CBRE Associate, Property Management, you’ll play a keyrole in bringing a premier commercial property to life, supporting both tenantsatisfaction and seamless building operations. In this role, you’ll be based onsite in Midtown Manhattan,supporting an iconic high-rise spanning approximately 2 million square feet.Working closely with one of our clients in the financial sector, you’llcollaborate with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders to ensureoperational excellence and elevate the tenant experience. From coordinatingday-to-day activities to contributing to strategic initiatives, you’ll be atthe center of what makes a worldclass property thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Partnerwith the team to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and clientsatisfaction while responding to tenant requests and coordinating solutions tomeet building needs.
- Workclosely with the landlord representative to address operational matters andmaintain strong client relationships.
- Conductroutine site inspections to ensure property standards are upheld andproactively identify potential issues.
- Createpurchase orders and review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expensereports, accounts receivable, and contract documentation.
- Overseeand dispatch work orders through a CMMS, ensuring timely resolution andaccurate tracking.
- Maintainaccurate and up-to-date records of management and leasing contract data withininternal systems while ensuring data integrity across platforms.
- Ensurecompliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and applicable stateand federal laws, and promote best practices, policies, procedures, andoperational initiatives.
- Analyzedata to identify and resolve complex issues, recommending innovative solutionswhere appropriate.
- Contributeto team effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration while continuouslyidentifying process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
What You’ll Need
- HighSchool Diploma or GED with 3–4 years of relevant experience required;experience in commercial real estate, vendor coordination, building operations,or engineering environments is preferred. Prior office or administrativeexperience is required.
- Demonstratedability to work effectively with vendors and service providers, includingcoordinating services, reviewing performance, and supporting invoice andcontract processes.
- Acomprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and conceptswithin the job function, with the ability to apply this knowledge in apractical setting.
- Stronganalytical and communication skills with the ability to evaluate and conveycomplex or non-routine information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strongorganizational skills paired with a proactive, detail-oriented, and inquisitivemindset.
- Advancedmath skills with the ability to calculate figures such as percentages,discounts, and markups.

New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Associate, Property Management position is $34.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Associate, Property Management is $37.98 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
