Description
Are You Ready to Shape the Future of Streaming Entertainment?
At Fire TV, we're not just streaming content — we're revolutionizing how millions of people around the world experience entertainment. We're at the forefront of streaming, where gaming meets movies, where premium content meets seamless discovery, and where artificial intelligence creates personalized entertainment experiences that were unimaginable just a few years ago. Fire TV is one of the world's most popular streaming media player brands, and we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to help further fuel our growth.
In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategy for Fire TV product and partner campaigns across a variety of owned and paid marketing channels — helping lead the charge in expanding our global customer base and deepening viewer engagement worldwide. A core part of this work is managing the operational backbone that makes partner marketing possible: ensuring partner content is reviewed, approved, and live on time, and that assets are sourced and organized to support a continuous, high-volume pipeline of campaigns.
As streaming continues to revolutionize how people consume content, you'll help shape the future of home entertainment and create meaningful connections between viewers and their favorite shows, movies, and games. As a key player at the intersection of innovation and storytelling, you'll support campaigns that help millions of customers discover why Fire TV is the best streaming device — making it easy to find their next favorite show, game, or movie experience.
We're looking for a dynamic Program Manager who can orchestrate complex, multi-channel campaigns, own day-to-day partner approvals and asset sourcing operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact and meaningful customer engagement.
Key job responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end campaign development and execution, from strategic planning through measurement and optimization
- Lead cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Media, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
- Manage campaign budgets and forecast resource needs across multiple simultaneous projects
- Partner with stakeholders to define and track success metrics and KPIs
- Support executive-level communications and presentations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and scaled solutions
- Own day-to-day partner approvals operations, managing intake, review cycles, and partner communications through to final approval and asset delivery
- Support asset sourcing requests by coordinating partner outreach, tracking responses against SLAs, and ensuring assets are organized and ready for campaign activation
A day in the life
As a Program Manager at Fire TV, your days are filled with exciting challenges — from leading campaign planning meetings and orchestrating cross-functional launches to managing a high-volume pipeline of partner approvals and asset sourcing requests. One moment you're brainstorming global strategies; the next, you're ensuring the right content is reviewed, organized, and ready for activation. You'll balance operational precision with strategic thinking, keeping multiple workstreams and stakeholders moving in parallel. Each day offers the thrill of shaping the future of streaming entertainment and connecting millions of viewers worldwide with their favorite content.
