DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Financial Analyst, Cross Cluster located in Leeds, United Kingdom.
In this cross‑cluster role, the Financial Analyst will provide financial planning, analysis, and decision support across multiple commercial and operational clusters within DePuy Synthes. This position plays a critical role in translating complex financial data into clear insights that inform leadership decisions, support growth initiatives, and strengthen financial discipline across the organization. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, broad business visibility, and the opportunity to influence performance across a diverse, international portfolio.
Deliver financial planning and analysis support across multiple clusters, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
Prepare clear, concise financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for cross‑cluster and senior leadership reviews.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and governance requirements.
Certifications:Professional finance or accounting certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) are preferred but notrequired.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
