The Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP) delivers warnings to all members referencing possible quality and/or counterfeit issues with components, subsystems, and or systems that may be used in the development of one or more Systems and Programs, in this case, Raytheon Programs. This Requisition is for a GIDEP Alert Manager who will accept GIDEP Alerts and distribute them to Raytheon Programs that may be affected.
This position is a remote role.
What You Will Do
-
Provide timely, accurate and precise failure or issue knowledge to using Raytheon programs minimizing program production/sustainment impacts and costs.

Work to identify failure or issue root cause, usage boundaries scope and effectively communicate to impacted programs.

Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external customers to support resolution mitigation of program impacts.

Interpreting data and analyzing results

Understanding possible Quality and Reliability issues which may arise as a result of using faulty or counterfeit components and warning programs which may be affected

Managing the mitigation of alerts by affected programs
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Experience in preparing and presenting presentations detailing issues with recommended action plan to program officials to seek approval and drive implementation of process or change

Experience with associated component data/drawings and how part applications help to meet program/project objectives and requirements

Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) use, indenturing, and management for developmental and production programs

Knowledge of how Component MIL Spec’s, drawings, standards, and associated QPLs and QMLs are represented within our design package.
Qualifications We Prefer

Understanding of the application concepts as they apply to use of electronic components.

Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of component failure modes by commodity, component reliability process monitors and/or qualification methodologies

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
