What You Will Be Doing
As the Action Officer - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing strategic and tactical planning, driving cross‑functional execution, and acting as the Director’s trusted partner.

- Manage the operating rhythm, including scheduling, pre‑ and post‑planning activities.
- Bridge functional gaps, building relationships to solve problems and ensure seamless cross‑functional execution.
- Coordinate short‑, medium‑, and long‑term strategy execution for the build team.
- Monitor, support, and index success measures aligned with the organization’s vision and initiatives.
- Assist the Director with time allocation, prioritization, and acting as an extension of the Director’s intent.

• Experience in creating and interpreting executive level presentations and other forms of communication
• Manufacturing &/or Production Operations experience
• Project management and decision-making experience utilizing business and financial acumen

• Previous experience organizing employee engagement events

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
