Day to Day
The Associate is a key member of the Integration & Business Acceleration team. They help provide the foundation for successful integrations and integration practices. This role requires functional or general business knowledge to support immediate team goals and maintain operational stability.
The Associate helps ensure the team can accurately and efficiently deliver outputs that meet key business goals. Their ability to apply judgment within defined procedures ensures that information-sharing processes are accurate and that "win-win" situations are identified early.
Responsibilities
- Examines varied factors in decision-making and applies judgment to moderately complex work requiring functional knowledge.
- Practices clear, succinct top-down communication to frame leadership decisions and ensure accurate information sharing.
- Identifies and stewards "win-win" situations when influencing others toward beneficial outcomes.
- Monitors progress of operational tasks to ensure schedules are maintained and deliverables stay on track.
- Examines data points to provide accurate summaries and findings that support team goals.
- Facilitates progress and drives consensus toward final resolution across workstreams.
- Maintains end-to-end accountability and ownership for assigned work.
Skills/Competencies
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- Experience in corporate strategy, business development, M&A, or integrations, with awareness of post-merger integration considerations including Day 1 readiness and value capture planning.
Salary Range Transparency
Tier 1 - United States of America 68,000 - 103,000 USD per year
Tier 1 - United States of America 76,000 - 114,000 USD per year
