THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.
KBR is seeking a program manager for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), for the Controller Training Solutions (CTS) II program, aimed at enhancing training for air traffic controllers. This procurement involves comprehensive training and support services, including program management, curriculum development, and classroom and simulation training, essential for maintaining high safety and professionalism standards in air traffic control.
This successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of all contract personnel providing support under this contract. This individual must be located in the United States of America and be available to travel to locations across the United States of America as required to support management of the CTS II program and engagement with the FAA CTS II Program Office.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have demonstrated experience managing a service contract, or a comparable program, of similar size and scope to this contract. The candidate must have at least 15 years of relevant experience in the management and administration of efforts of scope and complexity comparable to that anticipated under this contract. The candidate must have a minimum of a graduate degree in the business management field, or any other area of study comparably relevant to the management of this effort, from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a graduate degree, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 20 years of experience in the management and administration of efforts of scope and complexity comparable to that anticipated under this contract. Candidates must be Program Management Professional (PMP) certified. Relevant experience includes but is not limited to managing a large geographically diverse workforce, program governance, managing budget, risk and issue management, multiple project integration management, managing resources across multiple projects, and managing stakeholder communication.
Basic Compensation:
$228,400-342,600. This range is the Washington, D.C. area
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s working location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
