You will act as a leader of large-scale company initiatives and be viewed within the organization as a top contributor and key business partner. You will establish the mechanisms, systems, and operating model required to deliver successful outcomes for OCI leadership. You will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices, design frameworks, and technical governance across global data center infrastructure. The right candidate will have demonstrated strategic-level engineering work, not just site-level design execution, with experience challenging existing assumptions, creating new solutions, and driving meaningful technical change across complex systems.
The successful candidate will have a history of driving technical strategy, functional direction, and architecture for large-scale data center infrastructure, engineering systems, and global standards. This person will have demonstrated strategic-level engineering work beyond assigned requirements or site-level execution, with evidence of creating or influencing standards that improved consistency, scalability, reliability, cost, or operational performance across multiple sites or regions. This position requires:
-
A highly motivated, visionary, and team-oriented Technical Product Manager (TPM) to define mechanisms, standards, and scalable engineering systems for OCI's global data center infrastructure.
-
10+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, engineering systems, design standards, or technical platforms at significant scale.
-
10+ years' experience leading technical strategy, engineering programs, or standardization efforts across complex, distributed infrastructure environments.
-
Hands-on experience developing scalable design frameworks, standardization strategies, technical platforms, or governance mechanisms across BMS, EPMS, MEP systems, or broader data center infrastructure.
-
Experience translating executive priorities and operational needs into roadmaps, mechanisms, standards, and measurable outcomes for OCI leadership and customers.
-
Experience creating or influencing standards that improved consistency, scalability, reliability, cost, or operational performance across multiple sites or regions.
-
Experience working with geographically distributed engineering, design, construction, operations, vendor, and partner teams is highly desired.
