Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the capability delivery for the Next‑Generation Opportunity Management & CRM platform, owning vision, roadmap, and AI-enablement strategy.
•End to end ownership of Customer Hub, OppHub, and Capture Hub products.
•Build and manage a cross‑functional delivery team (analysts, data scientists, AI engineers, BA SMEs) and partner with EBDT to deliver capability and insights.
•Ensures work is properly prioritized by the Product Owners to enable capabilities to drive business outcomes
•Design, develop, and deploy AI‑enabled insights that create a digital twin of opportunities, generate predictive insights around the opportunity pipeline, orders, NBF, and capture.
•Develop capability roadmaps in close partnership with Business Areas; align AI initiatives to GBDS and 1LMX goals and outcomes.
•Makes trade-off decisions on functionality, features, and approach that balance cost, quality, and adherence to roadmap/release priorities.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive backlog that is continually prioritized in partnership with BA and EO stakeholders.
•Facilitate senior‑leadership briefings and requirements and results into business value narratives.
•Own capability and AI adoption, change‑management, and training – create curricula, run demos, and champion the platform across the BD workforce.
•Define and track performance metrics (insight latency, predictive accuracy, adoption rates) and report progress to functional and executive leadership.
•Navigate governance and risk – work with Transformation Council, Data and AI governance councils, and BA leaders to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
Basic Qualifications:•Strategy & Business Development Leadership: 10+ years demonstrated experience working in S&BD roles within a Business Area; proven ability to translate strategy into capability and insights. Deep knowledge of Orders, NBF, pipeline management, and capture processes.
•Technical Literacy: Familiarity with AI/ML tools and data‑engineering concepts; strong command of GBDS existing tool suite.
•Change Leader: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment where priorities shift and flexibility and outcome orientation is a must.
•Cross-Functional Agile Leadership: Managed multi‑disciplinary, matrixed teams (data scientists, engineers, analysts, BD leaders) in an agile environment.
•Stakeholder Influence: Demonstrated success influencing seniors on strategy and adoption.
•Communication & Storytelling: Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, business‑focused narratives and executive presentations.
•Data Driven Decision Making: Track record using AI/analytics to improve decision outcomes and portfolio performance.
•Process Improvement and Governance: Experience establishing governance, ethical guidelines, and continuous‑improvement loops
Desired Skills:•AI/Advanced Analytics Delivery: Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML projects or solution delivery (e.g., AI‑driven insight platforms, predictive analytics).
•Enterprise Transformation: Experience driving large‑scale tech or process transformations, including change‑management and governance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $173,900 - $301,415. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $151,200 - $266,570. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
