U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts. Position must be performed on U.S. soil. Ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute product vision and priorities aligned to client and organizational goals
- Independently manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and delivery outcomes
- Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and Agile team, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Review and approve deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with requirements
- Ensure all learning products are Section 508 compliant
- Collaborate across Learning Designers, Learning Consultants, Production Managers, and Document Quality Analysts
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Leverage data, feedback, and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and support junior Product Owners and team members
- Promote consistency in Agile practices and team execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, business analysis, or learning development
- Strong experience managing stakeholders and competing priorities in complex environments
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Experience in learning development, healthcare systems, or EHR training preferred
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent preferred
- Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
- Ability to travel to customer sites, if required (up to 25%)
- Ability to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
