We are seeking a Lead Narrative Architect to own the development of compelling, client-ready sales narratives and value propositions across offerings and solution journeys. This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and sales, translating complex domain expertise into clear, differentiated messaging that enables confident client engagement and supports expansion into broader, multi-solution opportunities.
The Lead Narrative Architect will establish and govern the overall sales narrative framework, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across all sales and enablement assets. This role requires strong storytelling expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in developing cohesive, high-impact client messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Narrative Architecture & Positioning
Own and define sales positioning and narrative architecture across offerings and solution journeys. Establish the foundational messaging framework and storyline that drives consistency, differentiation, and alignment across all downstream assets.
Narrative Leadership Across Asset Development
Lead and guide writers and designers by providing a clear narrative blueprint. Ensure all sales materials are cohesive, structured, and aligned to an intentional, scalable storyline.
Insights to Value Synthesis
Partner with Product Managers, Offering Owners, Journey Leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex insights and technical capabilities into clear, client-facing value propositions and sales stories.
Narrative Quality, Risk Alignment & Validation
Review and validate sales narratives early to ensure they are credible, defensible, and aligned with firm messaging standards. Proactively address risk, compliance, and brand considerations to minimize downstream revisions.
Launch Readiness & Story Adoption
Support go-to-market readiness by coaching stakeholders on delivering compelling sales narratives. Enable consistent adoption of messaging across the sales organization to drive confident client engagement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience developing sales narratives, messaging, and market positioning within large, global organizations
Bachelor's Degree preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
Strong ability to translate complex technical and domain expertise into clear, outcome-focused sales stories, leveraging structured storytelling (problem framing, value articulation, and differentiation)
Experience leading workshops and aligning senior stakeholders on messaging and positioning decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate narrative strategy to cross-functional teams
Professional fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to craft and deliver client-facing sales narratives
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with tools such as Jira and AI-enabled tools preferred
Strong quality orientation, with experience working within brand, risk, and regulatory guidelines
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within complex, global team environments
Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
Experience supporting consulting, transformation, or professional services offerings is preferred
