Job Summary and Qualifications
As a PBX Operator at our facility, you will have an important role in patient care and you will be joining a skilled, compassionate team that focuses on providing excellent customer service and reliable support to one another. What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Some previous switchboard and receptionist experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English; good verbal and written skills required.
- Must be patient and courteous at all times, even under stressful situations
