Play the role of a Scrum Master for the Software Solutions team
-
Responsible for day-to-day activities ensuring the scrum team follows internal processes and removes roadblocks that impede progress
-
Foster collaboration not only within the scrum team but also ensure that dependencies are met to certify the plans produced by the team are being followed and achievable
-
Ensure daily tagups are in place, effective communication is followed and provide escalation for rapid resolution.
-
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
-
Track Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team capacity
-
Prepare and present status reports to management and stakeholders

Qualifications you must have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English across all levels of an organization (verbal and written).
-
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Engineering degree
-
3+ years' experience in Scrum Master role
-
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Lean principles
-
Software level debugging experience
-
Experience in Python Programming
-
Experience in DevOps
-
Experience in DO178C
-
Scrum Master certification
