Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Lifestyle Marketing team dedicated to building brands, storytelling, and creating unique customer experiences and partnerships. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the team by supporting the Senior Director of Lifestyle Brand Marketing in the development and execution of marketing strategies and activities that drive brand health and commercial performance for Hilton's Lifestyle brands. You will also support the launch of new brands both internally and externally. As a brand steward, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing tactics align with the brand strategy and identity of each Lifestyle brand, driving brand salience, brand love, and loyalty among existing customers while also engaging emerging traveler segments.
Responsibilities
- Assist and, in some cases, lead the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics, both long term and short term, to help achieve brand commercial goals
- Manage activities of internal and external agency partners to ensure on-time and on-strategy execution of high-impact brand marketing, including crafting clear briefs and providing strategic feedback during creative reviews
- Manage cross-functional projects to support brand marketing objectives
- Oversee photo and video shoots in support of business and/or marketing objectives
- Collaborate with key partners and actively handle business partners at all levels across the enterprise, with a focus on Owners, Category, Global Brand Heads, and cross-functional teams within the Marketing and Loyalty organization
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure on-brand deliverables
- Participate in category and department-wide initiatives and represent the brands in task forces and interdepartmental efforts as needed
- Manage a cross-functional team responsible for creating, sourcing, and delivering on-brand and cost-effective OS&E and collateral to hotels
- Manage a team of direct reports responsible for social media, reporting, general brand marketing, and project management

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field
- Experience crafting and executing distinctive consumer marketing campaigns, including digital and social
- Experience leading the development of strategic briefs to support business and marketing objectives
- Experience working with hospitality brands is a plus
- Experience managing complex projects and initiatives
- Experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget
- Experience working across multiple brands within a portfolio simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to 20%
