Recruiter (Contract)

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiting professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced talent acquisition team supporting high-volume hiring across corporate and sales functions. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for early-in-profession talent, including intern and entry-level positions, across a diverse range of business functions such as finance, HR, marketing, sales, and customer success. You will partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving results across multiple regions. This is a bilingual role requiring fluency in both English and Portuguese, enabling you to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders across regional talent markets. Job Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession corporate and sales roles, from sourcing through offer and close
- Source and identify candidates across corporate and sales disciplines, including business operations, finance, HR, marketing, sales, and customer success, using a variety of channels
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate business, functional, and behavioral competencies aligned to role requirements
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting plans
- Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the entire hiring process
- Lead candidate progression through interviews, debriefs, and offer and closing stages
- Build and maintain pipelines of early-career corporate and sales talent, including regional talent markets requiring Portuguese fluency
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in recruiting systems in alignment with process and compliance expectations
- Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groups
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer support, and closing
- Experience hiring for corporate and sales roles, including business functions, commercial roles, and go-to-market roles
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience supporting early-in-profession and university hiring, including intern and entry-level roles, as well as industry hiring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal, is required
- Strong ability to identify and engage candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and referrals
- Experience building and maintaining pipelines for corporate and sales roles across business, operations, HR, finance, and go-to-market functions
- Solid understanding of how to source for non-technical talent markets, including regional talent pools
- Ability to conduct structured screens across skills, experience, and behavioral competencies
- Ability to assess functional and business alignment for corporate and sales roles
- Experience qualifying candidates against defined hiring bar requirements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to engage, assess, and close candidates in both languages
- Strong ATS hygiene practices, including tracking, documentation, and process compliance
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and organizational skills

- Pay Range*: $36.50 - $41.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
