About this Position
Responsible for executing engineering processes to deliver
high-quality products on time and at competitive costs, collaborating with
stakeholders to provide professional support and advice, driving continuous
improvements and efficiencies, monitoring key performance indicators, and
staying current with technical developments and trends in the field.
What you´ll do
- Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
- Executes
engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on time at competitive cost.
- Liaises
with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and
advice.
- Strives
for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area.
- Monitors
KPIs for engineering processes.
- Maintains
up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of
