What You'll Be Doing
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to support reliable plant operations.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, pumps, gearboxes, and other plant equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures while maintaining accurate work records.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and safe work procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $24.23 to $29.10 per hour.
