Description:We are seeking a Program Management Senior Manager to join the C-130J India Campaign team. The successful candidate will perform as a critical member of the program management office and lead a significant industrialization project for the C-130J. In this role, you will operate within a team environment to develop a winning solution in a competitive environment. You will work with a sense of urgency, a bias to action, and a passion for the C-130J to remain the dominant tactical airlifter of choice for current and future operators. You will collaborate with leadership, engineering, operations, sustainment, supply chain, business operations, other functions, and multiple suppliers to build and lead cross-functional product focused teams. You will drive these teams to develop and execute a robust plan meeting program cost, technical and schedule commitments. International travel will be required.
Basic Qualifications:A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Business Management or related discipline.
Proven experience as a full-spectrum leader with a track record of successfully leading teams in the planning and execution of complex aircraft systems development with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance (including suppliers).
Experience leading change and adoption of new processes and tools

Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira), OpenPlan, Microsoft Office. Working knowledge and understanding of C-130 platform, architecture, configurations and manufacturing process

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
