What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflows.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities with a focus on accuracy and service.
- Coach, train, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to meet customer and business needs.

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
