The Global QA Patients Operations Specialist primary responsibility is to support the On boarding and Maintenance of Apheresis Centers in BMS systems and tools.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide Global Patient Services (GPS) system general support, data configuration approvals.
- Create and Maintain new Apheresis Accounts in BMS electronic supplier system (Veeva-SQM).
- Create and Maintain documentation in BMS electronic documentation system (Veeva-BMSDocs).
- Complete daily entry of data in the on boarding Tracker tool.
- Interact with American and European technical departments both orally and in writing (English language required).
- Quality Operations and Systems Support including deviation management, change management, CAPA, compliance guidance.
- Contribute to the Key Performance Indicating metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Education/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications
- Minimum of 2 years? experience in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.

- Independent decision-making capability and ability to think conceptually and understand impact of decisions, and to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English)

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is the following range ($35- $37.36/hr). While your employer of record ASK Staffing, Inc (and not BMS) will determine the final, individual compensation and any available benefits, factors that will be included in making the final determination may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location where the job is performed. The starting hourly compensation may be subject to change.
