Standard title: Asset Procurement Administrator for AI transformation project

Location: Redmond, WA, USA (onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Client: Microsoft

Qualifications

3+ years in technology or similar industry experience with hardware management, asset tracking, invoicing, PO management Relevant Experience

• Possess at least five years of experience in technology or a related industry, with a strong background in hardware management, asset tracking, invoicing, and purchase order (PO) administration.

• Comprehensive knowledge of hardware and peripheral management, handling, and optimization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

• Adaptable, proactive, and positive approach, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment while maintaining consistency in planning and time management.

• Strong analytical skills and a capacity for data-driven decision-making and program evaluation.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Other:
