Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Communications Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. Plan, execute, and oversee federal healthcare projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Serve as primary point of contact for federal clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with agency objectives
- Facilitate meetings, and presentations with diverse audiences including government stakeholders and executive leadership
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, briefings, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project trackers, plans, and status reports
- Support contract deliverable development, client and team processes, and lessons learned
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes aligned with federal agency standards

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):
- Bachelors plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications
- Previous Federal government experience preferred
- Required travel up to 30%
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
