Proactively detects and mitigates issues via tests, alarms, dashboards, and telemetry; authors runbooks and participates in incident response and RCAs. Partner with Product Management to define and deliver new capabilities that address evolving customer needs and shape the future of OCI's file storage solutions.
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineering leaders to design, implement, and deliver scalable, high-performance storage solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize new features for OCI's high-performance, distributed file storage platform.
- Operate and continuously improve a mission-critical Tier 1 cloud service, maintaining strict availability, performance, and reliability SLAs for our most strategic customers.
