Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Consistent day shift, no weekends)
About the Role: Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to an adult patient in Hillsborough, NH. What You Will Do:
Provide dedicated, 1:1 clinical care in a comfortable home environment.
Manage specialized care needs, specifically focusing on G-tube management, nutritional support, and medication administration.
Monitor patient health, document vitals, and maintain accurate clinical notes.
Collaborate closely with the patient's family and clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.
