Hourly Rate: $45.00 – $48.00 / hour (based on experience)
Patients: Two (2) pediatric patients
Location: Deerfield, NH
Schedule
Part-Time: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Flexibility: Days can be flexible for the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, one-on-one medical care and monitoring for two pediatric patients in a home setting.
Administer medications, monitor vitals, and assist with daily medical regimens as prescribed.
Document clinical notes accurately and collaborate with the family/nursing supervisor.
