Description:You will be the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff - Level 5 for the Reliability Engineering team which is responsible for developing and executing reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs that ensure high performance, dependable systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff - Level 5 you will be responsible for driving reliability excellence across the product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs to ensure high‑performance, dependable systems.
- Apply reliability engineering principles to maximize asset availability.
- Identify and implement surveillance and testability methods, including condition monitoring and Reliability Centered Maintenance solutions.
- Establish system‑engineering principles for reliability, supportability, and maintainability across all life‑cycle phases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed reliability practices into design, production, and de‑commissioning.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:- Project management experience.
- Scheduling and planning experience.
- Knowledge of reducing unscheduled equipment downtime across critical assets, preserving production capacity and protecting capital investments.
- Ability to generate incremental productivity gains for Plant Engineering through data driven PM optimization and rapid fault isolation.
Desired Skills:-Expertise in tracking critical systems unscheduled maintenance downtime.
-Facilitate Root Cause Analysis events, documenting actions and driving process improvements.
-Experience in direct cost avoidance by intercepting equipment failures prior to occurrence.
-Subject Matter Expert in preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance methodologies.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
