Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent in Everett or Renton, Washington to join a collaborative, mission-driven team building the seat systems that help move people around the world. The Seat Integration Supply Chain Operations team works closely with engineering, airline customers, and supplier partners to develop, certify, and deliver world-class commercial airplane seating. This entry-level procurement role provides hands-on supplier-facing responsibility, exposure to program delivery, and opportunities for development within Boeing’s global Supply Chain organization.

What you will do
Assist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply to support program needs.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners (engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics) to drive supplier readiness and on-time delivery.
Gather and analyze data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
Basic Qualifications (required on day one)
Experience developing strategy or supply plans.
Experience in aerospace, aviation, or high-volume manufacturing.
Experience managing supplier relationships and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicable educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience (typically a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Candidates must meet the stated education/experience requirements on day one.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic understanding of procurement and supplier management principles.
Ability to analyze data and prepare concise reports and executive summaries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Typical Responsibilities / Decision Authority
Support supplier performance activities under supervision.
Execute transactions and documentation consistent with established procedures and policies.
Escalate technical or schedule risks to senior procurement staff.
Work within delegated authorities and seek guidance for non-routine or higher-risk decisions.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Office and remote work with frequent cross-functional meetings and supplier engagement.
Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as program needs require.
Occasional work in supplier facilities with appropriate PPE and safety compliance.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Summary Pay Range:
$63,000 - $78,000
