Purpose and Impact:
Some questions can't be answered by a single source, a single sensor, or a single perspective. That's where you come in. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst supporting DIA, you'll pull together intelligence and information from across the community to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain the national security issues that keep senior leaders up at night. Your analysis won't sit on a shelf. It will inform collection, operations, investigations, and decisions at the highest levels of the Department of Defense. At the senior level, you'll do this work at its highest degree of difficulty, and you'll multiply your impact by leading and mentoring the team around you. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.
Location: National Capital Region (NCR)
Work Schedule: 0600 and 1800 – 8 hours M-F
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead analytic teams researching multifaceted and critical intelligence problems, providing guidance on selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies
- Define new and unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments on high-priority requirements
- Review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions, routinely testing the analytic rigor of the team's output
- Deliver executive-level briefings and defend analytic judgments with senior DIA and DoD leaders
- Mentor mid-level and junior analysts, shaping the next generation of all-source tradecraft
- Pursue developments in academia and other fields that advance analytic methodology, and bring them back to the team
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 12+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, with at least a portion within the last 2 years
- Master's degree desired in a field related to intelligence analysis (Bachelor's with exceptional experience considered)
- Demonstrated experience leading analytic teams and reviewing the work of other analysts
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
Security Clearance Required:
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Minimum Education:
- Master's degree desired in a field related to intelligence analysis (Bachelor's with exceptional experience considered)
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 12+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, with at least a portion within the last 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- DIA or Directorate for Analysis (DI) experience
- Multi-INT integration experience
- A track record of briefing flag officers and senior executives
- Demonstrated record of building collaborative, mission-focused teams that consistently deliver exceptional customer support and operational performance.

Compensation Details:
120,000 - 160,000
