position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our

- Champion a culture of safety, 5S, and operational
excellence across the maintenance organization.
- Lead maintenance operations, ensuring timely and safe
equipment repairs while maximizing reliability and uptime through
preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee maintenance systems, work order execution, data
integrity, and reporting through CMMS/SAP platforms.
- Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, energy
conservation initiatives, and facility compliance programs.
- Lead, develop, and grow the maintenance team through
hiring, coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive strategic maintenance and facilities programs
that improve equipment performance, building security, efficiency,
quality, and overall operational effectiveness.
