Job Summary:
HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join their busy and growing practice.
- This is part of a larger Panhandle Market group covering from Panama City to Pensacola sites.
Qualified Candidates:
- Fellowship trained; board eligible or board certified in interventional cardiology
- Interest in peripheral or complex high-risk PCI
- Structural experience a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and collegial disposition
- Practice is willing to consider an exceptional fellow
Opportunity:

- High earning potential with tremendous community need. Base guarantee allows for time to fully ramp
- Structural heart program offering TAVR, Watchman, PFO/ASD closure
- Offering renal denervation in the coming months.
- Call coverage is 1 in 5 at the main facility and is compensated separately. Option to cover call at a nearby, small sister hospital
- Comprehensive cardiovascular program including Interventional Radiology, EP, 2 highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeons, dedicated CVICU and Step down / telemetry unit
- Outpatient cardiac rehabilitation just blocks from the hospital
- Accredited Primary Stroke Center
- Tri-County area's first Accredited Chest Pain Center with excellent Door to Balloon times
- Robust practice averaging 10-15 consults per day with mid-level support and full complement of clinic staff
- Full complement of dedicated marketing including a community relations liaison to ensure your success and integration into the community
