Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Hospital Medicine Team at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital in Sebring, Florida.
Qualified Candidates- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least one year of in-patient experience preferred
- Experience in acute care, critical care, cardiac, or pulmonary a plus
- DEA license is required
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work weekdays and weekends (mixed schedule)
About Our Hospitalist Program- No Procedures / No Codes
- Open ICU, intensivist coverage
- Schedule is 7a – 7p; 7 on / 7 off block scheduling
- Dedicated Nocturnist Team of one remote physician and one APP on site; 7pm to 7am
- Hospital Medicine Team includes 4 full time physicians & 2 full time APPs
