Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for modular infrastructure capabilities.

Define product requirements (PRDs), prioritize features, and translate customer and business needs into engineering deliverables.

Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities and influence long-term product direction.

Partner with engineering, architecture, construction, supply chain, and operations to deliver scalable modular solutions.

Develop business cases using cost, schedule, quality, operational, and customer metrics to prioritize investments.

Drive roadmap reviews, release planning, and executive stakeholder alignment.

Define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), monitor adoption and product performance, and incorporate lessons learned into future releases.

Evaluate emerging technologies, manufacturing methods, and supplier capabilities to improve OCI's modular data center portfolio.

Influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Internal Responsibilities
What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in technical product management, modular infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or data center technologies.
Experience owning products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
Strong ability to write product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
Experience using data and customer insights to make product decisions.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Knowledge of modular construction, prefabrication, liquid cooling, or AI data center infrastructure is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
