As Legal Counsel forREMSAsia Pacific, youwill reporttothe General Counsel to provide transactional legal support for regional and global clients across Asia Pacific. This role requires direct engagement with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third parties to deliver strategic legaladviceacross theREMSbusiness.
Transactional and Contract Management
Review, advise on, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including support for tender responses and issue resolution
Legal Risk and Compliance
Dispute and Litigation Management
