- Coordinate day-to-day product testing activities, including scheduling, salon bookings, documentation management, and sample tracking
- Execute evaluations
- Manage testing protocols by maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance, and providing regular tracking and reporting on testing progress and results
- Source competitive products, salon supplies, and testing materials to support product evaluations and benchmarking initiatives
- Support competitive testing programs by coordinating logistics, resources, and communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement training materials and educational resources for Independent Contractors (ICs), ensuring consistent processes and testing standards
- Administer vendor and Independent Contractor payments, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and issue resolution
- Oversee salon inventory, supplies, and
operational needs, ensuring test salons are fully equipped to support ongoing
testing
