Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Tech III to join our THAAD factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The assembly will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. This role is based out of Nashua, NH (NHQ) and will be on Monday-Thursday 4-10 schedule. This position is available for a 2nd shift schedule from 3pm to 1:30am. This position will come with an additional 10% shift differential on top of your base rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and follow manufacturing processes and drawings
Utilizes fixturing to accurately build assemblies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
