Job Summary and Qualifications
The role provides administrative support of the Capital Planning and Analytics Department.
Duties include:
- Front line interaction with Corporate and facility leadership as well as outside consultants.
- Dissemination of information as it relates to development packages for all capital projects across the enterprise
- Initial establishment of all projects in e-Builder, project management system that are initiated through Planning.
- Processes all planning invoices through the e-Builder system.
- Maintains the RCAP system and assists in reporting and reconciliation from the system.
- Maintains SOX documentation and reporting.
- Formal communication of all approved corporately managed capital projects to relevant stakeholders
- Clerical support to include travel arrangements, calendar/meeting management, etc for all employees in the department.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Act as a valued member of the Capital Asset Management team – encouraged to think strategically in order to continuously improve processes.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.) required
- 5 years of experience
- High School Graduate/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
