This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit –

- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives
to increase manufacturing efficiency, reduce variability, and lower costs.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Production,
Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams to solve problems and implement
improvements.
- Analyze manufacturing data and process performance
metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause investigations for process deviations
and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support customer satisfaction efforts through FMEA
activities and investigation of customer-reported material failures.
- Execute process changes
using Management of Change (MOC) tools while supporting safe, repeatable
manufacturing operations
