You will be the Sr. Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across design, production, and supplier domains.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Sr. Quality Engineer you will be responsible for applying quality principles throughout the product lifecycle, partnering with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to maintain rigorous quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, designs, and procedures.
- Lead product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve internal and supplier performance and productivity.
- Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis of quality data.
- Engage in supplier selection and maintain certification programs.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications
Must have ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start
Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in a STEM field from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience working with suppliers and/or manufacturing in a dynamic environment
Experience solving complex problems associated with the quality of products
Desired Skills
Experience driving strategies resulting in the strengthening the Quality Management Systems at key suppliers
Experience with AS9102 (First Article Inspection) methodology / implementation and requirements
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with Engineering and Technology, Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, Reliability Engineering, and other program stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to identify and drive systemic root cause and corrective action utilizing quantitative and qualitative analytical methods
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
