Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a Interventional Lab RN PRN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. You will proactively assume responsibility and accountability for several patients during a designated time frame while following policies and procedures. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.
Position Summary: Responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of the ill, injured, or infirm; and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and prevention of illness of others. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed practitioner authorized by the laws of this state to prescribe such medications and treatments.

- Physician Communication & Coordination-Receives, interprets and implements physician orders accurately and in a courteous manner. Consults resources in clarifying unfamiliar or questionable orders.
Job Requirements:
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
- American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
- Interventional Cath Lab experience required
- 30 minute call window
