Job Summary
Support strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduce costs and overall business improvement. Partner with Region and Market leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through the utilization of Financial Planning & Analysis of best practices. Support corporate FP&A (financial planning & analysis) processes, initiatives and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate annual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process and tools to the field
- Support annual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) analysis and review at the Market level
- Support monthly business reviews by Region for leadership
- Prepare the Market monthly business review for corporate
- Support Region monthly forecasting review analysis
- Prepare the Market monthly forecasting analysis
- Support monthly financial close process
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement in topline revenue and (or) margins
- Identify and recommend areas of expense improvement in the Sales, General and Administrative departments
- Financial modeling and ad hoc analytics
- Develop, and deploy tools and processes across the organization as business defines at the Region and Market level
- Perform customer incentive agreement analysis at the Region and Market level along with proposed recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Experience
- 2 years Financial or business-related analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to deal with a diverse group of people
- Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and capable of working with little direct supervision
