Title:
Jr. Test Readiness Administrator
KBR is seeking a Jr Test and Readiness Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA. This position is a contingent hire for future awarded program.
Responsibilities:
A test readiness administrator plans, develops, and coordinates testing program policies, procedures and schedules, and ensures adequate staffing for the management of the testing.
Establish, implement, and enforce test policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's is related field
0-3 years' experience in Testing and Readiness
Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
Able to develop and use more complex concepts and processes, conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems.
Guides and supports junior level personnel.
Requires guidance only when dealing with new, uncertain, undefined or undeveloped tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
Clearance: TS/SCI required
