Develops, plans & schedules proposals in accordance with estimating policy,Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements, USG Bus. System Requirements & other govt. regulations. Shapes, develops & matures bus. case analyses & cost methods resulting in a comprehensive bid/price strategy. Develops initiatives to increase profitability & cashflow. Acts as the estimating lead on proposals compiling cost, schedule, & technical elements to development proposals in accordance with Request For Proposal (RFP) specs. Coordinates the collection of cost, scheduling, & performance elements from functional departments. Performs financial modeling & analyses related to major proposals, including rate studies & analysis, bus. case development, cash flow analysis, NPV & IRR & presents analyses & recommendations to leaders. Researches & analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts & determination of accuracy of functional estimates. Participates in should-cost & pricing reviews with mngmt & customer reps. Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team & interacts with DCAA /other audit agencies. Initiates process improvements to enhance productivity & efficiency within pricing & estimating functions. May provide day-to-day direction & guidance to less senior Proposal Analysts. Develops, communicates, & implements Estimating & Pricing policies/procedures, & conducts monitoring & surveillance activities to ensure that the policies/procedures are being thoroughly & consistently implemented. Possesses comprehensive written & oral communications skills to support proposal development activities, executive proposal reviews, fact-finding & negotiations, & interaction with DCAA/other audit agencies.
You will be the Supply Chain Proposal Analyst for the Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for leading proposal efforts, managing milestones, and negotiating contractual positions with the US Government to ensure program execution success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Supply Chain Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing proposals to support the ATACMS program. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our program by providing expert analysis and guidance on supply chain management proposals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading proposal efforts and managing milestones
- Negotiating contractual positions with the US Government
- Analyzing and developing proposals to support the ATACMS program
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program execution success
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
• Knowledge and experience of the proposal process, Risk Mitigation, Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain
• Previous experience implementing change to improve processes
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
• Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations
• Ability to travel

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
