Job Summary and Qualifications
Role Summary: Provides oversight of daily operations of the clinic, and ensures staffing meets the need of the department. Acts as a role model for service excellence. Assists Clinical Manager with educating unlicensed staff and completing competencies. Knowledgeable of instrumentation and supplies required to meet the needs of the clinic. Exercises leadership responsibilities through problem solving and collaboration both independently and as delegated by the RN Clinical Manager.
What qualifications you will need:
- Required Education: High School or GED
- Preferred Education: Associate’s Degree
- Required Certification: BLS Certification required within 90 days of employment. LPN, License from NCBON, Current CMA Certification. ASCP Certification, or ARRT Certification
- Required Experience: Two years’ experience in an Ambulatory care practice. Strong operations, communications, and customer service skills required.
- Preferred Experience: Four years’ experience in an Ambulatory care setting, leadership experience.
