This position requires active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
The Investigations and Insider Threat Manager responsibilities include:
Maintain operational oversight and support the development of strategy for investigations, policies, procedures, and practices.
Ensure consistency across Space as well as alignment with Lockheed Martin Corporate.
Interface with Counterintelligence Operations & Corporate Investigations (COCI) and senior management on investigative strategy and current trends.
Lead a team of professional investigators providing guidance and direction, and addressing personnel matters as required.
Develop and maintain effective internal administrative processes and procedures that allow for data intake, processing, accountability and archive.
Identify emerging trends and patterns and conduct comprehensive analysis and interpretation for potential investigative follow-up.
Conduct internal investigations, developing investigation strategy, documenting findings, and presenting findings to adjudicating entities.
Subject matter expert on corporate fraud, workplace violence, theft, financial crimes, conflict of interest, and mischarging investigations to include contractor fraud.
Ability to work with Space and Corporate Legal and assist in interpreting court rulings impacting employment law relative to internal workplace misconduct investigations.
Provide analysis and research of industry infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified and open source information.
Develop and maintain analytic procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational excellence.
Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes
Develop and deliver briefings, education and training materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of internal customers/stakeholders as well as government customers and industry partners.
